Pixelon’s mission is to build software that strengthens people rather than replaces them.
Every tool we create is designed to give the general public a real edge helping them stand out, save time, and achieve more.
Our goal isn’t to cut jobs or automate people out of the picture, but to put powerful, human centered technology directly in their hands.
Today, Pixelon builds apps that give our users an advantage over those who aren’t using our software.
Our first app, ResAI, launching in just a few months, is focused on the job field. Its goal is simple: help users stand out by putting them directly in front of decision makers.

ResAI is a résumé builder designed to give applicants a real advantage.
Users answer a few key questions about their experience, education, references, and the exact company they’re applying to. From there, our system uses multiple AI engines to create and test each résumé.
Most online applications are filtered by automated software called Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) the same systems responsible for those instant rejection emails
because companies receive too many résumés for a person to initially sort through all of them. These tools are often inaccurate and automatically discard qualified candidates.
ResAI solves this by building résumés using real ATS data and testing them to ensure they’re optimized to get through those systems and reach a real person.
But the most powerful feature comes next the physical résumé experience.

The second way ResAI helps you stand out is through the physical side of the process.
When you tell us the exact company and location you’re applying to, our system uses that information to build a custom cover letter made specifically for that company. It includes your name, their logo, and an image that represents their brand like a photo of their building or something tied to their industry.
We then take the same résumé created for your online applications and print it. Through our national printing and shipping partner, we produce a professional booklet with your personalized cover letter on the front and your résumé inside.
That booklet is mailed directly to the decision-maker you select. Our software searches LinkedIn, Google, and hiring manager databases to find the right people, shows you the best options, and you choose who it’s sent to. Your résumé arrives addressed to them at their office, right on their desk.
It’s a modern way to bring back the personal connection that online applications have lost ensuring you’re seen, remembered, and taken seriously.
